Members of Joint Task Force-Bravo's 612th Air Base Squadron offload, load, and refuel at C-130 Hercules aircraft at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Jan. 8, 2014. The C-130 makes regular flights to Soto Cano to deliver supplies to the base, as well as to deliver items back to the United States. The 612 ABS provides a day and night, all-weather, C-5 capable airfield, base operations support, air traffic control, weather, crash and fire rescue, logistics and base civil engineers to support theater-wide USSOUTHCOM operations. During the holiday season, the post office processed more than 2,100 pieces of mail, a number that more than doubles the mail processed during a typical month.
