CENTAM SMOKE: A partnership in the making

New Army Support Activity commander takes the reins

SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras — Soto Cano Air Base welcomed a new commander to the team July 09, 2015. Col. Dan Barzyk took command of the Army Support Activity during a change of command ceremony. Joint Task Force - Bravo conducts underwater egress training

SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras — Crewmembers from the 1 - 228th Aviation Regiment practiced underwater egress training Thursday, July 9, 2015, at Soto Cano Air Base. The training taught crewmembers what steps to take in the event of a water evacuation from a helicopter. Joint Task Force - Bravo regularly receives calls to help with search and rescue missions, sometimes over water.
