GHE brings humanitarian assistance and medical care to Guatemalans

LIVINGSTON, Guatemala — A Global Health Engagement conducted by Joint Task Force-Bravo in conjunction with Guatemala’s State Partnership Program counterpart, the Arkansas National Guard’s 188th Wing, and the Guatemalan military, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food, served communities in the remote villages near Livingston, Guatemala, May 13-16, 2024.

59th MDW medics assist Honduras hospital during Resolute Sentinel 21

CHOLUTECA, Honduras — U.S. Air Force and Army military doctors were in Choluteca, Honduras, May 12-27, to assist the local hospital with urologic surgeries during Resolute Sentinel 21. The exercise provides joint training and improved readiness for U.S. civil engineers, medical professionals and support personnel through humanitarian assistance activities in Honduras.

Deployed medics conduct combined surgery

Choluteca, Honduras — Medical professionals with the Forward Surgical Section, Joint Task Force-Bravo (JTF-B), Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, conducted a combined surgery with the local Honduran medical team and the deployed U.S. military medics at Hospital del Sur on May 18, 2021.
