Army Support Activity Soto Cano Air Base held a ribbon cutting ceremony for a new Continuing Education Services Center here, September 20, 2018. Ms. Kathryn Miller, deputy to the garrison commander hosted the inauguration ceremony for the new building. The ceremony was held at the E-18 building entrance followed by an education fair with Austin Peay State University, Trident University International, Columbia Southern University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
