Army Support Activity Soto Cano Air Base held a ribbon cutting ceremony for a new Continuing Education Services Center at Soto Cano Air Bas, September 20, 2018. The ceremony was held at the E-18 building entrance followed by an education fair. Participating schools included Austin Peay State University, Trident University International, Columbia Southern University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
