Waspam, Nicaragua - U.S. Army Sgt. Casey Beauchamp, Joint Task Force-Bravo Medical Element Preventive Medicine, writes a young girl's measurements prior to receiving medical care from a team of U.S. and Nicaraguan soldiers during a joint medical exercise at Waspam, North Caribbean Autonomous Region of Nicaragua, March 20, 2018. During the first day of the exercise, the joint team provided care for more than 300 patients.
