Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras - U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Andrew Ramirez, 612th Air Base Squadron Airfield Management, uses a measuring wheel to quantify the friction on the flight line, Feb. 22, 2018 at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras. Measuring wheels are used to ensure that the runway is in the optimal conditions for aircrafts to travel safety and make the correct maintenance and operational assessments.
