Staff Sgt. Jenerian Walters, Joint Task Force-Bravo personnel office, helps passengers sign in for the Soto Cano shuttle bus that will transport them to the airport for their return home. Staff Sgt. Walters’s Call to Duty includes being the first person service members see when arriving to Soto Cano Air Base and the last person they see when they depart forming a connection with people as she sees their reaction to their arrivals and departures on base. Staff Sgt. Walters works as the Admin non-commissioned officer at JTF-Bravo’s personnel office.
