Staff Sgt. Jenerian Walters, Joint Task Force-Bravo personnel office, helps passengers sign in for the Soto Cano shuttle bus that will transport them to the airport for their return home. Staff Sgt. Walters is the first person service members see when arriving to Soto Cano Air Base and the last person they see when they depart. Her Call to Duty as the Admin non-commissioned officer includes ensuring all personnel returning home turn in credentials and passes and that all service members who have signed in for their return trip make it to the bus.
