CORONTE, Panama – Victor Luis Pineda, a 30-day-old child, is loaded onto a from Joint Task Force-Bravo helicopter by a representative from the Panamanian Ministry of Health, accompanied by his mother in Coronte, Panama, September 25, 2015, in order to be transported to the Ramballa Air Field, to receive life-saving treatment.
