QUEBRADA NEGRA, Panama – Service members from Joint Task Force-Bravo and the Panamanian Ministry of Health load materials and supplies into a CH-47 Chinook, for the construction of latrines and water dispensing sites in Quebrada Negra, Panama, September 23, 2015, in order to provide sanitary conditions for the community.
