SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras – A 612th Air Base Squadron air traffic controller explains the importance of the U.S.’s only all-weather, C-5 Galaxy-capable strategic airfield in Central America to Congressman Austin Scott, representing Georgia’s 8th District, during a bi-partisan congressional delegation visit from the House Armed Services Committee May 4, 2015, at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras.
