Honduran Navy Rear Adm. Hector Caballero, Navy chief, U.S. Army Col. Kirk Dorr, Joint Task Force-Bravo commander, and Honduran Army Col. Hedbreth Caballero participated in the 2nd Annual Honduran Senior Military Leader Conference Sept. 19 in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
