Fifteen general and flag officers from the National Defense University's (NDU) CAPSTONE class 14-4 learned about the various equipment used by the UH-60 Blackhawks and CH-47 Chinooks flown by the 1-228th Aviation Regiment to perform heavy lift, medical evacuation, fire fighting and general aviation support to counter narcotic and humanitarian assistance/disaster relief missions.
