Major Susan Perry, Joint Task Force-Bravo Medical Element nurse anesthetist, keeps a watchful eye on a 27 year old Honduran man in serious condition from three gunshot wounds as other MEDEL emergency team members work to stabalize the patient's vital signs. After initial emergency care at Colinial Hospital in Comayagua, Honduran doctors requested transport assistance from MEDEL which determined 1-228th Aviation Regiment MEDEVAC assistance was needed to transport the patient to a hospital in Tegucigalpa, Honduras .
