SAN MIGUEL, COSTA RICA—Members of the Costa Rican Red Cross load an earthquake victim with a broken leg into an ambulance here Saturday. The man was rescued by Joint Task Force-Bravo personnel via Blackhawk helicopter. Four JTF-Bravo helicopters and 34 servicemembers are deployed here from Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, at the request of the Costa Rican government in order to provide life-saving support to those affected by the earthquake.
