MARCALA, Honduras -- An Air Force physician's assistant conducts a physical examination of an 18-month old boy in the remote mountains here. A team of 16 medical workers and dieticians traveled here from the United States to take part in a pediatric nutrition Medical Readiness Training Exercise, screening children and mothers for anemia and educating them on nutrition.
