SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras - Thirty Honduran Air Force cadets and airmen graduated Friday from the Combat Lifesaver Course taught by instructors from Joint Task Force-Bravo's Medical Element.  It was the first time the cadets took part in the training.  During the weeklong course, students learned self-aid and buddy care, how to administer intravenous fluids, and medical evacuation.
