MEDRETE provides free medical care to El Salvador villagers
SAN FERNANDO, El Salvador — Jose Ortega, 70, waits in line to receive free medical care during the medical readiness and training exercise here Aug. 26. Mr. Ortega walked four hours round-trip to the medical exercise, where he saw a doctor for the third time in his life.
