SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras — Army Capt. Diana Parzik, volunteer coordinator for the project, receives a certificate of appreciation from Ramiro Martinez, Habitat for Humanity Honduras coordinator, Sept. 12 in La Paz for all the work she has done helping with Habitat for Humanity.
