SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras — Dr. Jose Angel Mejia and Army Lt. Col. (Dr.) Christopher Sanborn, JTF-Bravo Medical Element surgeon, operate on a patient who has a large cyst in her neck Sept. 16 in Comayagua, Honduras. Dr. Sanborn is part of a four-person team that goes to La Paz and Comayagua hospitals Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to perform operations and lessen the burden on local doctors during these medical readiness training exercises, or MEDRETEs.
