USS MESA VERDE, Gulf of Mexico — Air department chock and chainers race to secure an Army UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter, assigned to Joint Task Force-Bravo, to the flight deck during flight quarters aboard the amphibious dock transport ship USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19) Sept. 15. Mesa Verde is underway for Fuerzas Alidas (FA) PANAMAX 2009.
