CUESTA DE LA VIRGEN, Honduras -- Army Spec. Roderick Ballard, a medical logistics technician, hands out candy to local Honduran children Oct. 19 during a Medical Readiness Training Exercise. This MEDRETE educated 785 Hondurans on preventive medicine issues such as hand washing, food preparation and personal hygiene.
