Slingload mission anything but routine, makes JTF-Bravo history
SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras – Airmen and Soldiers from the Army Forces Search and Rescue team and the Joint Task Force-Bravo Medical Element attach a Humvee filled with medical supplies to an Army CH-47 Chinook. The Humvee, one of two, carried equipment needed to assemble the Mobile Surgical Team operating room. This was the first time this particular capability had been tested in JTF-Bravo’s 25-year history. (U.S. Army photo by Maj. Richard Malish)
