Combined U.S., Salvadoran team assesses damage in El Salvador
ILOPANGO, El Salvador—Air Force Lt. Col. Anthony Higdon and Army Lt. Col. Jose Gierbolini, engineers from U.S. Southern Command, discuss damage assessment with a representative of El Salvador’s Ministry of Public Works Nov. 13. The combined U.S., Salvadoran damage assessment team is working together to gather data from areas with damaged by flooding and landslides.
