ILOPANGO, El Salvador – A CH-47 Chinook assigned to Joint Task Force-Bravo sits and waits for the sun to rise over the horizon Nov. 14. JTF-Bravo has been providing vital relief supplies in order to help stabilize the region after a devastating flood Nov. 8.
