Leonel Gonzalez, U.S. SOUTHCOM Standing Joint Force Headquarters Logistics Planner, operate an Automated Route Reconnaissance Kit during a damage assessment mission here Nov. 16. A combined U.S., Salvadoran assessment team is working together to collect data from damage sites and recommend steps to help El Salvador recover from recent floods and landslides.
