Medical Element personnel welcome fellow unit members home to Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, on the base flight-line Feb. 15. Twenty-three members of Joint Task Force-Bravo's Medical Element returned Feb. 15 and 16 after spending 28 days in Haiti and providing care to nearly 3,000 Haitians in need.
