BLUEFIELDS, Nicaragua -- Medics transport a sick baby onto a 1-228th Aviation Regiment CH-47 Chinook helicopter for evacuation to a hospital in Managua, Nicaragua, here Sept. 9. The team was unable to use a medical evacuation Blackhawk helicopter for transportation because the baby was in a large incubator.
