SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras -- Just prior to his surgery, a young patient suffering from strabismus leans toward the voice of Maj. Jorge Cintron, JTF-Bravo Civil Affairs director, Feb. 2. JTF-Bravo was supporting a week-long opthamology Medical Readiness Training Exercise in Choluteca, which successfully restored vision to 200 Hondurans.
