SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras – Oscar Alvarez, Honduras Minister of Security tours a Medical Element tent where they showed their capabilities to set up an operating room in the field. National Leader’s Open Base Day Visit was hosted here Feb. 10. Nearly 50 distinguished visitors attended the event which included meet-and-greet, mission briefings, questions and answers, and a tour. The group went to the Medical Element, toured static displays on the flightline and visited the Honduran Air Force Academy.
