SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras – Joint Task Force-Bravo joined several Honduran first responders in a course geared toward a unified plan for reaction during disasters and crisis. Instructor Edgar Lopez, Costa Rica Fire Department, uses models during a scenario to test the participants’ knowledge gained through the course.
