The 612th Air Base Squadron, Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, donated 10 piñatas to support the medical outreach. More than 350 children attended the health fair. The Honduran Air Force medical brigade personnel established 25 clinics, which included pediatric, oncology, gynecology, dental and general medical assistance.
