Joint Task Force-Bravo’s Medical Element Transfer of Authority Ceremony
U.S. Army Col. David Wolken, Medical Element commander, thanks the 228th Combat Support Hospital for their hard work and dedication to Joint Task Force-Bravo’s mission and welcomes the 94th Combat Support Hospital during the MEDEL Transfer of Authority Ceremony on Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Oct. 31, 2014. Over the past two weeks the 228th CSH prepared the 94th CSH to take over their U.S. Southern Command mission. The JTF-B MEDEL is the only forward deployed medical asset with and enduring presence within SOUTHCOM.
