1-228th hosts Honduran leadership symposium

SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras  –  

1st Battalion, 228th Aviation Regiment leaders hosted a leadership symposium for Fuerza Aérea Hondureña leaders at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Nov. 3, 2023. 

Emphazing the role that people are the most important resource that leaders have, U.S. Army Sgt. Maj. Jason Guenther, 1st Battalion, 228th Aviation Regiment senior enlisted leader, and U.S. Army Sgt. Maj Santos Soto, Joint Task Force-Bravo J-3 senior enlisted leader, highlighted to Fuerza Aérea Hondureña leaders the experiences & values that have assisted them in their careers as senior enlisted leaders.
