PUERTO CABEZAS, Nicaragua – A P-19 fire truck from Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, is offloaded from a C-130 Sept. 14, to provide firefighting capabilities at the airstrip here as military aircraft deliver supplies to outlying areas after landfall of Hurricane Felix.
