By Joint Task Force-Bravo public affairs ARFOR

Due to recently enacted requirements by the Honduran government, all military and civilian personnel transiting the country of Honduras need to have a valid immunization record indicating they have a current measles and rubella inoculation. This requirement is satisfied by the MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) immunization. This requirement also applies to members who are currently assigned in country and travel outside the country for TDY or vacation purposes and for visiting spouses. Remember to carry your immunization records with your passport at all times and keep your immunizations current.
