SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras – Maj. Gen. Reuben D. Jones, the commanding general of the Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Command, visited various facilities and workcenters Oct. 3, at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras.

During his visit, General Jones discussed the budget and importance of utilizing cost cutting initiatives while maintaining the same levels of quality and service, Installation Management Command changes, the impact of MWR and what IMCOM does for the individual Soldier.
