Un Blackhawk UH-60 del Ejército de los EE.UU. vuela con soldados hondureños y sus suministros a bordo, el 5 de noviembre del 2015, en el departamento de Gracias a Dios, Honduras durante la XIII Operación CARAVANA, una rotación de tropas en el área. Los helicópteros, asignados al 1-228 Regimiento de Aviación en la Base Aérea Soto Cano, Honduras, cumplieron con la petición de Honduras de brindar apoyo aéreo para tener mayor libertad de movimiento en el área, ayudándoles a combatir el tráfico de drogas y otras actividades criminales e ilícitas.
