ALTO DE CARONA, Costa Rica - A Blackhawk helicopter flies over stormy skies here Sept. 27, to support medical operations in Alto De Carona and La Pena, Costa Rica. While weather hampered some flight operations during the three-day operation, Joint Task Force-Bravo servicemembers were successful in providing airlift support to a region that takes 12-14 hours by horse to reach.
