The following information will assist spouses and immediate family members of JTF-Bravo personnel.
Keep in touch with family members through moral phone, and video chat available at MWR. Family members can also keep in touch with JTF-Bravo members, base events and more via JTF-Bravo social media sites by following the hyperlinks below:
The deployed member starts the visitation process by filling out a form 5 acquired from the JSF office second floor. (Bldg E-19) The POC is Mr. Claudio Saenz at ext. 4116. The form then needs to be signed by the Honduran base commander, thus allowing permission for the family member's visit. Allow five days to receive signature. Upon approval, a document will be sent to the main gate for base entry. The memo, and the family members military I.D. will be the documentation needed to grant access.
If extra room is needed, billeting arrangements are offered on a case by case basis and should be made at least 20 days in advance. Deployed members can call billeting at ext. 6745 for more information. Immediate family members are allowed 15 days of visitation.
The Buddy System
Per Directive 1, a spouse qualifies for the buddy system and may accompany the military member to authorized areas off Soto Cano Air Base. Military member must continue off base pass procedures outlined with corresponding unit regulations.
