Service members from Joint Task Force-Bravo, part of an S-SAT Team, set up a water purification system in the Caribbean Sea during a three-day validation exercise at Puerto Castillo, Honduras, April 25, 2016. In the event of a natural disaster or humanitarian crisis this 11-member team is capable of responding within 18 hours to conduct assessments before significant military resources are committed to a humanitarian assistance or disaster response event. The exercise took place during an Army SOUTH-hosted exercise called Fuerzas Aliadas Humanitarias, which is an annual event that tests the abilities of Caribbean and Central American nations to respond to a natural disaster or humanitarian crisis.
