U.S. Marine Corps Gen. John F. Kelly, Commander, U.S. Southern Command, visits with a member of the Honduran navy while touring a Honduran naval base at Puerto Castilla, Honduras, Feb. 12, 2014.  Kelly and a delegation of U.S. Department of State and U.S. and Honduran military leaders, including U.S. Ambassador to Honduras Lisa Kubiske, Honduran Maj. Gen. Fredy Diaz, Joint Chief of the Honduran Military, and Honduran Rear Admiral Hector Caballero, Honduran Navy Commander, spent the day visiting several Honduran military facilities. Throughout the day, the delegation received briefings and had the opportunity to discuss issues with Honduran military leadership.
